In combination with the key work points in 2007, the certification and accreditation work will take the opportunity of strengthening the certification of export agricultural standards to promote the certification and accreditation work to a new level.

Hunan is a traditional agricultural province, and strengthening the certification of agricultural standards is the key to becoming a strong agricultural province. Hunan Bureau will strengthen the promotion of GAP and HACCP certification, guide export agriculture to take the lead in transforming agricultural production mode, and realize agricultural standardization, standardization and intensification. Actively publicize the certification and standardization of agricultural products to the government, enterprises and the whole society, and formulate policies and measures to encourage and promote GAP certification and HACCP certification. At the same time, actively explore the integrated management methods of agricultural product certification, health registration and filing, and quarantine approval. Gradually make HACCP management and GAP management the basic standard requirements for exporting food of animal and plant origin, strive for more than 10 enterprises to pass the GAP certification within the year, strengthen the role of certification and accreditation in the strategy of focusing on quality from the source, reduce the work links and reduce the burden on enterprises.
