According to Xiao Wenhua, the construction party of the base and chairman of Huaxiangyuan, the construction of organic tea ecological tea garden requires original forest land, no history of reclamation, and no farmland within a radius of two kilometers. Neizao Village has lush forests and superior ecological environment.

On the morning of December 6, Zhang Tianfu, the tea industry leader, and more than 20 experts and scholars from Fujian Straits Tea Industry Exchange Association, Fujian Tea People's Home, the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and other departments and units went to Wuyishan City to guide the site selection of the "Wuyishan Zhang Tianfu Organic Tea Demonstration Base". Zhang and his delegation successively came to several tea farms in Jiangxi Village, Yangzhuang Township, Wuyishan City, Xiamei Village, Wuyi Street, and Xizhou Village for field inspection. In the meantime, Mr. Zhang commented on the ecology, soil, terrain, landform, advantages and disadvantages of tea planting in each mountain farm.

Organic tea market is promising

According to the analysis of the insiders, organic tea is also a new concept to be tested by the market, lacking in promotion. Some people do not even know the standard of organic tea. Some people confuse organic tea with green tea and pollution-free tea, and some even do not know what organic tea is. There are even many operators who believe that, because of the poor sales situation, whether to label organic tea on the products is not of special significance.

In addition, consumers are not clear about the concept of organic tea. Many advantages of organic tea have become the reason to prevent its recognition. Wang Guiqing, the general manager of Xiamen Tea, said that the organic tea trees could not apply chemical fertilizers, and the nutrients were insufficient, resulting in thinner leaves. Therefore, compared with ordinary tea, organic tea has a clear, fine and sweet taste, mellow and tender aroma, and unique floral fragrance. It's hard to forget after drinking. In terms of aroma, organic tea is obviously not as mild as traditional tea, and needs to be tasted carefully. However, due to good photosynthesis, the content is rich. The health care effect of this healthy and green tea is much higher than that of other kinds of tea.
