The Spring Festival is approaching. Thank you for your support and trust in KIWA BCS China in the past year, and wish you a happy New Year. In order to facilitate each certified enterprise to arrange various work in a timely manner, the Spring Festival holiday time and various work arrangements are notified as follows:

1. KIWA BCS China holiday time: February 9 to February 17, 2021. On February 18 (Thursday, the seventh day of the lunar calendar), I officially went to work.

2. The deadline for the issuance of electronic documents of organic certificates is February 9. The electronic documents of organic certificates after February 9 will be issued after the official work on February 18.

3. The deadline for issuing Trade Certificate (TC) is February 9. The trade certificate (TC) applied for on or before February 8 will be signed and issued on February 9, and the trade certificate (TC) application for on or after February 9 will be processed after official work in the year.

4. The application for sampling organic products exported to EU will be accepted and arranged by February 8, 2021, and will resume after official work on February 18. Sampling will not be arranged during the Spring Festival holiday.

All certified enterprises are requested to make plans in advance and arrange relevant matters in a timely manner.
